Rachel Sawaya
Rachel Sawaya is a freelance writer from New Zealand (who also has US citizenship), and currently lives in Auckland, the big smoke of New Zealand.
She has a BA with a double major in Anthropology and Philosophy, as well as two years worth of a Biology degree, and a diploma in Fine Art. Currently, she's completing a qualification in creative writing.
She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, who served in Mali, West Africa, 2004-2006.
She has published short stories and poetry in several different markets.
She has worked as a librarian, a book store clerk, a high school bursar and a convenience store clerk (but tries to forget about that last one). She has been creating clip art style graphics on various programs for around 15 years.
